First of all, congratulations! It is an honor to be a part of your big day, and we will do our best to make the process as easy as possible.

Ordering:

The sooner the better. We suggest ordering between 4 - 6 months in advance, especially if you' re getting married between April and October. However, a minimum of 2 weeks is required. 

​

Sampling:

We encourage you to sample our cakes. Please give us two days notice to prepare a sample pack for you, which includes six cupcakes made with two different batters and three different fillings. After sampling if you wish to book with us just give us a call or email and schedule a sit down consultation. The sample pack of cupcakes is $6.00

Pricing and Payment:

Once we have the right vision and design of your cake, we will calculate the price based on complexity and number of servings. A 25% non-refundable deposit will secure your order, with the final amount being due a week prior to your event. Payment options are cash, credit card, or check.

Delivery or Pick up:

We only deliver in a 50 mile radius of Saxonburg. Delivery rate is calculated at $35 dollars for the first 8 miles and $3.00 a mile for each additional mile. If you choose delivery we will need to know the start time of your event and have the contact information for the event. 

 

If you pick up your cake, we will ask you to sign a waiver taking full responsibility of the cake once it leaves our bakery.

Cookies:

We recommended at least 2 to 5 cookies per person. Cookies can be added to your order up to one week prior.

Finalizing the Order:

It is your job to finalize the order 2 weeks prior to the event. Please email or call with the final numbers of the event, so that we can adjust accordingly.
