Ordering Policy

All orders must be paid in full at the time of placement. For online orders, please ensure you provide a minimum of two days' notice. 

If you require a last-minute order, do not hesitate to call us at 724-352-2262, and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request. 

For more intricate cakes, such as tiered or shaped cakes, we require a minimum of two weeks' notice. Please note that this timeframe is contingent upon our availability. 

Changes and cancellations must be processed over the phone or in person. We do not accept changes via email.

For most orders, changes or cancellations will not be accepted within 48 hours of the scheduled pickup. 

For tiered, and shaped cakes, changes or cancellations will not be accepted within one week of the pickup or delivery date. 

If you need to cancel your order, a full refund will be provided if the cancellation is made more than 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours will not be eligible for a refund.

Return Policies

 

We sincerely hope you enjoy our products! Our policy requires that customers review their custom orders before leaving the bakery. We kindly ask that you take a moment to examine your order thoroughly to ensure there are no errors. By doing so, you acknowledge acceptance of the product, and we regret to inform you that we cannot issue refunds for appearance-related concerns once the product has left the bakery. It is much easier for us to address any issues while you are still in the store!

 

If you encounter any problems with your purchase, please return to the store with your receipt and the product, and request to speak with a manager. If you are unable to return on the same day, please call the bakery and provide an explanation of the issue, along with the details from your receipt and your contact information. In most cases of incorrect or unsatisfactory products, it is necessary to return the product or a portion of it. Your original receipt will also be required to resolve any discrepancies.

 

Please note that we do not offer refunds for products that were baked and decorated correctly, but may not have met personal preferences in flavor or texture. While we strive to provide flavors that appeal to many, it is not possible to predict individual taste preferences. If something has gone awry, we encourage you to inform us right away!
